What to expect
After we receive a referral, we respond quickly and focus on reducing immediate risks. We take time to understand what matters to you and work with you on a plan for the next stage of support.
We connect you with short-term housing and provide support until you are matched with stable housing.
If needed, we can help you build a long-term plan to maintain housing with a supportive network.
If you are at risk of losing your home, we provide support early to help you keep your tenancy.
Our assertive approach ensures we respond quickly and step in early when housing is needed.
