The Neami National-led consortium Links to Wellbeing will partner with University of South Australia to hold a symposium in September.
The Symposium, “Shared Learning in Clinical Practice – Engagement, Risk and Recovery in Mental Health Care” represents an opportunity to bring people together to consider and discuss themes around therapeutic engagement, autonomy, self-direction, choice and risk within a mental health recovery framework.
It will provide an environment for government and non-government workers, mental health consumers, carers and policy makers to reflect and learn from one another regarding the complexities of modern-day practice in mental health care and the implications of the various reform and service delivery priorities.
The Symposium, held on Tuesday 19th September, is supported by the Adelaide Primary Health Network and the Northern Health Network.
Registrations close on Friday 8th September.
