The results once again places staff engagement above the benchmark
Increased engagement leads a positive trend in the Neami staff survey

Hands in a circle, representing diversity

Our annual staff engagement survey has shown a wide-ranging increase in positive sentiment in working at Neami across our services. With 78% of staff participating in the survey, conducted in partnership with Culture Amp, Neami uses the results to measure staff engagement and further develop ways to improve our work culture.

The results once again places staff engagement above the benchmarks for organisations across a broad range of industries in Australia and New Zealand. Also, staff participation in the survey rose by 2%.

With 78% of staff believing that the leaders at Neami demonstrate people are important to the organisation's success and 91% of staff recommending Neami as a great place to work, we are reassured that staff are trusting of our approach in this uncertain and changing funding environment.

The People, Capability and Culture team will work with Neami leadership teams to dig into the full results and with the survey saying 83% of staff feel they are encouraged to innovate, we expect to see some engaging approaches to making further improvements.
